The Falls
Snoqualmie Falls, or "The Falls" as called by the locals is a 270 foot waterfall of the Snoqualmie River. Prior to white settlers, the Snoqualmie Tribe, a subgroup of the Coast Salish, used the upper Snoqualmie River as a seasonal meeting place for trade. Today over 1.5 million tourists and locals visit the falls each year to catch a glimpse of the ever changing falls.
